Micellar water is a rinse-free cleanser made up of micelles (tiny balls of cleansing oil molecules) suspended in soft water. These molecules attract dirt and oil to “draw out” impurities without dehydrating the skin. It perfectly removes makeup (even waterproof mascara) as well as extra oil to balance the skin’s microbiome. It contains one of my favourite ingredients, Hyaluronic Acid, that instantly hydrates and restores skin elasticity. White peony extract is a powerful natural ingredient with soothing action to reduce inflammation and skin reaction. This product also acts as a refreshing lotion to help preserve the skin’s natural moisture barrier while restoring its youthful glow.
Directions
- Gently press a cotton pad on the pump until damp and apply onto the face and eyes
- The product does not require rinsing
Why I recommend it
It has a pH equivalent to tears (7.2) so as not to irritate the eyes or contact lens users. It’s an alternative cleansing solution for those looking to try something new.
